Never received order or even a response from customer service
I placed an order almost 3 weeks ago. I received no confirmation or tracking information until the day it was supposed to be delivered by the post office. However the post office had no package for me and the tracking number listed on my lovense account does not link to my name or address. Meaning the package was never sent to me at all. I have reached out to customer service through email on 4 separate occasions with absolutely no response from them whatsoever. I have sent 7 screenshots to prove I did not receive my order, also filed a missing package report with the post office. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and consumer protection today, not to mention filing a dispute with my credit card company as well. The toys are great, the customer service is awful. Never did I think a company that's so well known would take a consumer's money and provide them with nothing in return. LOVENSE -skip the response telling me to contact support via email. Thats lrived useless on multiple occasions! Never a good when a company has no trace of a ohone number
