Charged Double for the same ticket
Update 06Mar2023: After multiple follow up emails and overseas calls on my side - which they kept bouncing from one agent to another, I am still waiting for a resolution. ***** I got charged double for a single flight ticket I got charged double for a single ticket. Ask for refund on one of the charge since nov 2022 but up to now still waiting. I have been promised to be contacted multiple times but was never called. The amount is close to $5000.
