I was having all kinds of problems with FedEx handling my shipment while I was out of town. I reached out to Flaviar to cancel the shipment because FedEx said they wouldn’t hold it for me. Flaviar got back to me quickly, found my order and was able to give me a shipping date for when I got home. What I really appreciate was how helpful they were over several days. I’m camping and have spotty service. Every time I was able to respond they quickly got back to me. Thanks Flaviar
