Finn did what I would never have…never could have!
Finn did what I would never have attempted. He answered my questions - and when they told me my correctly entered charge card was invalid, he kept at it until they finally accepted it. Two things I don't like about the365. It's harder to "save as" and I am always afraid the automatic save won't work - and that's a problem when I am on chapter 26 of a book I am writing. I'd like to click SAVE. But Finn was wonderful. He even called me back about 15 minutes after we hung up to ask if I was able to use it.
