Stop being a bully, it's not going to work!! Funny how mars hydro responds respectfully on here but, in direct emails they are quite different. Mars Hydro is more concerned with closing the case, latest email from them states I have 3 days to ship my defective light system back to them, then Iam suppose to close the case with my financial institute, then they will decide to replace or refund only once the case is closed. BULLYING DOESN'T WORK WITH ME!!!
Case has been opened by my financial institute, Mars Hydro has sent an email directly to me and not through the proper channels and is attempting to bully me into closing the case. This is what they stated that needs to be done... Close the case, then they will send a return label, and then they will apply for a new TS-2000 light to be sent. Not going to happen! CASE STAYS OPEN UNTIL REPLACEMENT TS-2000 has been received!
I have now reached out to my financial institute and they are now involved. AVOID this company at all costs. Website has a phone number and it states " Need help? Call us now" Thats a blatant lie, when you call the number a message tells you to contact them via email, then when a rep emails that's when their game playing begins. Been fighting with them since DECEMBER 29, 2022 MARS HYDRO IS THE WORST AVOID BUYING FROM THEM!
Mars Hydro is the absolute worst company when it comes to getting them to honor or stand behind their product warranty. I have been fighting with this company since December 29th of 2022 with no resolution other than expecting me to rewire power supplies or pay an electrician to do what mars hydro should be doing and they state that they "may" reimburse me. Iam suppose to believe that when you won't honor your warranty on item that is less than 6 months old with a 5 year warranty..Yeah OK!!!!
Mars Hydro is a JOKE!!! They shipped a replacement electronic power supply in a plastic mailer bag with absolutely no protection whatsoever, resulting in it being damaged, then furthermore it arrived with every wire stripped & exposed, no way of plugging it in. Iam not an electrician and not going to do the duty of one. WHY WOULD YOU SEND A REPLACEMENT PART IN THIS CONDITION?
Still no help from Mars Hydro but, I did receive an email from them asking me to help them get my previous review deleted because it's affecting them. How about getting my defective part replaced within a timely manner and not giving different excuses as to why it hasn't been expedited for almost 2 months! Ship my part or I will continue to use all social media accounts to inform all of just how bad your warranty department is. NO MORE EXCUSES!!!!!
Less than 6 months ago purchased TS 3000 light, it stopped working, reached out to warranty dept, they verified it was defective and assured me that I would have a replacement power supply shipped to me, that was almost 2 months ago and I still haven't received the part but, I have received several emails from the warranty dept saying sorry for inconvenience. DON'T PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM MARS-HYDRO!!!!!!!!
