Very poor experience, not trustworthy
Dishonest business, avoid. Have a mediocre made hat from China with no size marked within. Ordered a medium and it is an extra large in reality. 6 weeks to be delivered. When I inquired about no evidence of the hat being processed to even begin shipment, was told that it takes time to make a quality hat from the “finest Japanese straw”, yet clearly originated in China based on where the shipment tracking launched from. Very poor experience.
