Bought programmer and key fob about a year ago. While waiting for delivery, I found my fob so I did not make the extra key fob, putting it away for the next time I lost my fob( not aware that they would not guarantee it beyond 90 days). Now they gave me all kinds of excuses as to why key programmer is not working but in the end excuses were not valid. Sent them screenshots requested but now they are refusing to refund my Money so I can apply it to a locksmith charge. Maybe within their policy but definitely not good customer service!!!
