Further Instructions Needed
The final product met my expectations and was well received as a Valentine gift. But wait, the packaging didn't include instructions on how to get the Spotify app to initiate the scan enabling the music to play. (Never used the app.) I thought if I reviewed the item advertised on your website I might solve the mystery but that was a dead end So I initiated an email to Customer Service. After two exchanges things were resolved. unfortunately using my QR scanner directed me to a customer service website that charged a $2.99 membership fee and resulted in a fraudulent charge of $40 to my credit card That required me to shut down the card and have a new one reissued. So while I liked the product I doubt I will ever use this merchant again.
