Carl my old agent. Did very little to help me. My agent who I thank god is not my agent anymore Carl / Dylan has not been doing anything to help me for the past month. I have had 5 different issues that he has been avoiding to help me on. He only messages me one time a day then i had to wait a whole day for another answer. I paid 30% for 15 bracelets to be prestocked YJ22121183444927600. I asked carl to prioritize processing my order that was occupying my 15 bracelets. So i can get my refund and carl decided to return all the bracelets i paid for back to the manufacturer, without me asking him to do so. Here is the order number SD1615627963435507712. His actions extending the time have to wait for the order to be processed, longer on purpose, instead of just helping me get the order processed like i asked him to do. He also told me he was going to refund me on SD1621447263752708096-2 for the sku CJSL165976701AZ because the item came in faulty and he hasn't done that either. carl needs to be held accountable for his actions, he has done nothing helpful for me ever since your new years holiday. He needs to be demoted so he can learn how to do his job with efficiency.
