Order not received - no response

Order not received – waiting for resolution I placed an order on 28/12/2022 for 3 iPhone 14 Pro Max (Order ID: ETOR17301742 and ETOR17301746 ). The items were marked as shipped, but they were never delivered. I have contacted Etoren multiple times over the years, including in July 2025, but received no response. I am simply asking for a fair solution: - Either a full refund, or - A store credit/coupon for the full amount so I can reorder I hope Etoren will finally respond and resolve this issue. Edit : I GIVE YOU ALL REQUIRED DOUCMENTS AND THE PAYMENT STILL IN YOUR BANK ACCOUNT AND THIS IS NOT MY PROBLEM. Even i closed that account and i moved from that country and the review i writted before this was also about this incident.

VERY POOR DELIVERY SERVICE ETOREN STILL NO ITEM RECEIVED !!!!!!!

I sent this message to Etoren since i found that my items are sent to my country and then are in their way to etoren How can company like ETOREN can't inform client with his shipment my 2 orders are come to FR and now they're in Singapore why ? Cause No one informed me or called me . Now i wanna My orders back and thanks THIS IS THE MESSAGE I SENT WITH MANY PHOTOS OF SHIPPING TRIP AND ORDERS . My items are sent back to you and i wanna get them how to do I don’t wanna get a refund. I wanna my items please My track numbers are : RT1814910XXXX RT1814910XXXX And my order numbers are : ETOR17301746 / ETOR17301742 TO BE CLEAR I ORDERED 3 IPHONE 14 PRO MAX 2 ON DECEMBER AND 1 IN 2 JANUARY. EDIT : THEY REQUESTED YESTERDAY SOME INFORMATION I REPLIED INSTANTLY AND I'M STILL AWAITING THEM WITH NO REPLY OR SITUATION CLARIFICATION EDIT 2 : I GIVE YOU ALL REQUIRED DOUCMENTS AND THE PAYMENT STILL IN YOUR BANK ACCOUNT AND THIS IS NOT MY PROBLEM WHY YOU SENT THEM WITHOUT ANY NOTIFICATION ABOUT SHIPPING ?? AND NOW NO REPLY I WANNA THEM BACK !! EDIT 3 : NO REPLY AT ALL UNTIL NOW IPHONE 15 PRO MAX IS BEING LAUNCHED AND MY ORDERS FROM JANUARY STILL OMG !!!
