Purchased disk copy software in error ( thought it was an American company, to backup files in their description ) notified company day after, uninstalled software and requested refund. Long story and 1 month later was refused by Ease(China)US verisure finance AND PayPal. I have now learned that Online companies such as EaseUS, hide behind financial organisations (often more than one) so refunds are most impossible to attain. Buyer beware.
