Don’t touch with a barge pole!
I bought an Ender 3 V1 based upon what I had read and seen. I was hugely disappointed, the printer did not print a single item and in spite of email support from China this did not change. I requested a refund but this was ignored. Due to this I involved an external agency linked to my credit card to seek resolution. Eventually Creality agreed to refund but I had to return to the manufacturer at my cost in China even though I bought from a UK site and the printer was dispatched from a UK hub. A crap printer, even worse service support and I would highly recommend steering clear of Creality products!
