Poor customer service and reliability
I recently ordered a Fifth Wheel Wiring Harness and had a appointment for July 8th for installation but had to call and reschedule which went fine until my next appointment date of July 20th came, evidentially my appointment never was rescheduled for July 20th for some reason and now I’m leaving on a trip on on July 23rd . However,I contacted my Rv dealer ( Byrelys Rv ). And I explained my situation and what happened and they are kind enough to make room for me on July 22nd to install a new wiring harness for me even though I didn’t have an appointment with them. Byrerly Rv went up and beyond based on my situation and needs in line Etrailer so buyers beware!! I’m very disappointed in Etrailer on how they handled my situation and no concern for customer service! I will also be discussing this on my you. Tube channel as well since Etrailer likes to advertise and post on that channel as well!
