Update: I think it is only fair that once an issue has been resolved that the review reflect that as well. Since posting this review and also on BBB, I have been contacted numerous times and have received a refund for my returned purchases. I appreciate this company for doing the right thing, unfortunately it had to come to this before they would. I still have not received a refund for a return they received a couple of months ago in the amount of $150. Not an honest company, will never do business with them again.
