Excellent & prompt customer service & follow up, had a minor issue that customer service was able to advise on & help fix within 1 day. Label printer machine itself is great, I print around 100 labels a month for my small business and it has made my life so much easier. No more buying expensive printer ink or cutting and taping labels I’ve printed on printer paper. Thanks for the great product!
