Hopeful, but ultimately disappointed
I purchased a 24w laser engraver from IKIER, specifically the IKIER K1 Pro 24w. At first it seemed like a good deal, but ultimately it has been a headache. Firstly they contacted me to say they were going to ship from an EU warehouse and a UK plug would be sent from another location, no problem, except it delayed the whole process. Next, once the parcel was delivered and assembled the laser machine would not turn on. I contacted the seller and they advised I’d have to wait for a replacement key mechanism and power switch to replace it myself, and a replacement for the missing screen. I queried this as being a brand new item, I did not like the idea of “fixing” it myself, it they have said they won’t exchange the item as they will be out of pocket by doing so. Avoid at all costs
