The horrible customer service reviews are (mostly) right
After posting my review they reached out to address the problem So ill upgrade it YEs the horrible customer service reviews are accurate. Website has some false advertising Website has offer of a free accessory with purchase of the grill. They ignore my queries about that. Delivery services are lousy too. Grill is still sitting somewhere ina warehouse locally now for 6 days good product selcion though.
