Great job Ms. Georgina!
After having a terrible experience with the first Minto representative that spoke with, I was finally able to reach a knowledgeable rep who went above and beyond to ensure that I was taken care of. I want to give kudos to Ms. Georgina for being professional, knowledgeable and getting the job done. Ms. Georgina is a true example of great customer service. She was patient, explained the process and was able to satisfy my request. It is truly a pleasure to find someone actually willing to help customers. Thank you again Ms. Georgina; a job well done! I am hoping that Minto Money recognizes your exemplary service!
