they know the scam they're running...
If you've noticed £19.99 get taken out of your account by e-secure pay and you don't know why it's because some website you've purchased an item from recently has been injected with very VERY hidden ads from this "company" that are designed to sign you up to a subscription service without you ACTUALLY knowing. No email. No texts. Nothing. They then know that this is very hard for banks to fight against. What you need to do is head to their website and cancel as soon as you can. Additionally, you need to ask for a refund from their website. They've laid out every "legal" loophole they can to make this a technically legal scam but that' can't mask the reality of what this company is at face value - a quick way for someone out there to make a ton of money off of their "users" all the while they have no knowledge of signing up.
