Do not purchase Netspend Cards through ACE. My card has been compromised twice. Both times, I had my card in my possession. On 2/26/23, someone took all my money. The customer service closes around 8:00 L.A. time. There is no way to report fraudulent activity on your account. Since ACE must be aware of these issues, I will no longer be a consumer with their company.
