I paid extra delivery charges of £25 to get the item shipped quicker. However that didn't happen and it took 5 weeks to arrive whereas I had paid for it to arrive in 1 week. The item was shoddy and cheap. The plaque didn't even look like the person I had it made for. Nothing like the picture I had issued and the colouring was terrible. The acrylic was cheap and breaks easily. I wouldn't recommend this.
