This is not a scam, but the customer service is very poor
The positive note is that the website is not a scam and the prices are competitive, since i have received the goods. With regards to the customer service, this is extremely poor: 1) i have paid extra for 15 days delivery while it took almost two months 2) the responses to my request for updates were very vague and contraddicting, to the point I believe I got scammed 3) I had to write several email to get refund for duties I had to pay on top and express delivery which didnt happen.
