Absolutely terrible
Absolutely terrible. Every time I try to log in to track my order. I have to reset the password. Even though entering the correct password. Then when finally in, I go to track my order and its states not available. Try to speak to customer service, which is impossible. As online chat is a bot and can’t actually get to speak to someone.
