Too expensive returns
I bought 4 items - 3 of which don't fit even after taking measurements and using the corresponding size chart. The jacket and shirt I ordered were way too big and the skirt too tight. I can return them, but the shipping costs more than half what I paid for the clothes - especially since conditions like tracking numbers etc. have to be met (which is understandable but further increases the shipping price.) This is the 3rd or 4th time I've bought from Fashion Chingu and I was happy until now - but apparently only because the clothes fit up until this point. But now I won't be buying from them again because it's just not worth it to pay more than 50% of the clothes' worth in shipping costs. Edit: Thanks to their customer service we found a solution regarding the return issue. They kindly gave a partial refund without needing to return the items. But one still needs to keep in mind, that this is not a solution that's always available when a clothing item doesn't fit and needs to be returned.
