No item but 100% refund and perfect communication
I never received the item I ordered and prepaid, but they were very responsive, and answered my emails almost instantly. After waiting for the item for a couple of weeks, they made a search and said it got lost during logistics and they offered to send another one, or a refund. I opted refund I got the money back 100% on the same day. Of course it was not a good experience as I had to reorder the item elsewhere, but I think resolving the problem of a lost item went perfectly. I would not hesitate to order from them again.
