I bought a product but the seller never delivered. And I also disliked how long it took to get a refund

I love how fast zeusx refunded my purchase but the reason I gave four stars was because there was lack of communication between the buyer and the seller. In the sense that it took way too long for the seller to respond to my messages when I was eagerly waiting for my order. Also the seller didn't deliver on the promised date and I had to wait one more day
