Good service!
Very happy with the service. I received the panel with plenty of padding inside and was well packaged. The only problem I had was that the panel had a different pitch (0.4 mm) than the original that came with the laptop (0.5 mm). When I told customer service about this, they shipped another compatible panel the following day with no questions asked.
