DISGUSTING TOILETS
Yesterday I visited two Prets in central London. The toilets in one were closed and the staff said they didn't have the time to fix it so they had closed it. The toilets in the other (190 Strand) were VILE. The one I was forced to use was unisex. The container for sanitary napkins was so full it could not be closed and stank in a way that's impossible to describe. The floor was covered in liquid. The paper dispenser was broken. It can only have got this way through LONG TERM NEGLECT. This is not an episodic failure, it's a service-by-design norm. I spoke to the staff. They say they're too short-staffed and that YOU won't ever fix that. For all your wholesome rhetoric, THIS is the real measure of your values and priorities. You are as disgusting as your toilets, because , through careful resource management, you knowingly keep them that way.
