When things go wrong Zazzle has your back
I order a lot and I mean a LOT of tissue paper for my art. My latest order was dispatched promptly but it took so long to arrive l. I reached out to the support team and was promptly answered. After a couple of more days Zazzle deemed the order lost. They promptly organised for my order to be remade and despatched priority at no cost to myself. Then my original order arrived today! I immediately contacted the support team that my order had arrived. They were able to cancel the second order but offered me free delivery on my next order. The support team Thomas and Josefine were friendly and professional. Always quick to answer my emails. Would highly recommend.
