Long waiting period, poor return policy and clothes quality
The availability of returns is extremly limited. Here in germany there is a two week return policy by law, which this shop does not offer. The customer service is very complicated and slightly rude. You have to exchange a lot of emails until you get somewhere. The delivery-time is very high and very intransparent. My order was divided into multiple orders, even thought it said, all the clothes would be abailabe during my ordering process. The quality of the clothes is very cheap. One shirt broke a few hours after wearing it. Overall a very frustrating experience. Even though the clothes look cool, I would not order again
