Shipping cost dilemma resolved
I went online to order a specific cartridge with 40 -4x6 photo sheets for my Sharper image smartphone printer. The price wasn’t bad after a discount, but the shipping was outrageous. I tried their chat with AI.? (or was it really a person? ) They agreed the shipping did not sound right. They offered a possible option that I wasn’t interested in at the moment and provided me with a customer service # when I asked. I spoke to Roslyne, who listened, was patient, knowledgeable, and able to help me by still getting me a discounted price on the set AND free shipping. I decided to order two sets so I won’t have to go through this again for a long time. Very pleased with the service and the pricing.
