Don’t waste your time and money
Don’t waste your time and money! They didn’t ship my order after a month so I reached out to the customer service and they said it will be shipped on a certain date (1+ month since the order date). Bit it never did, so I asked for the order cancellation and a refund as it was getting ridiculous by that point. They said they cancelled the order but the refund was not issued. What?! I don’t understand how order cancellation and refund confirmation do not take place at the same time. It‘s been few days but still no confirmation on the refund. How sad. Edit (5/31): Here’s my order #: 10186694. I still haven’t received my refund.
