First time having an issue with this platform after years of using it. Terrible support team.
I was using this service for a few years now. And besides terrible support agents everything was okay. But recently I made a purchase, and they scammed me for the first time by only sending 1 item out of 2. As always support was absolutely useless, rude, but this time it was even worse because they just left chat without saying anything. I am really disappointed and suggest everyone to use this platform on their own risk. EDIT: After a day of investigation, they completed my order. Still have warn you that their support team is trash but at least it's not scam.
