I’m unhappy with the quality
I’m unhappy with the quality, and the sizing. But I mostly unhappy with the return process. It wouldn’t be a big deal for the clothes not to be what I expected, but the fact I can’t return them for what I paid is absolutely ridiculous. If you’re not going to allow full refund, then you best provide quality, and accurately described product. I made a purchase of $275 on five pairs of jeans… Only two of them fit well enough to keep. The two I did keep I sent through the wash, and they came out looking terrible. They went straight into the donation box. I went to return the unworn pairs, tag still on- and I was offered half of what I paid for them, or close to 75% of in-store credit. I think I speak for most people when I say if I don’t like the quality of your product, I DO NOT want in store credit to buy more product from the same store.
