I relied on these reviews before I ordered and returned an item so wanted to pay it forward by sharing my experience. Quality - the quality is quite good for the price. It feels and looks like a reasonably high quality dress. There are a couple of loose threads etc., but overall I'm very happy with the quality - looks like something you'd get at a bridal shop. Sizing - sizing is a bit off. They seem to make all dresses (standard size and custom based on other reviews - I ordered standard in case I needed to return) a bit loose so they can be tailored. Makes sense, but I'd rather make that choice myself by ordering a larger size if I wanted that option. I purposely ordered a size that should have been tight on me, but it was loose and needs to be tailored. Thankfully the dress I am keeping can be easily tailored to fit given the style. Returns - I ordered a second dress that is a more form fitting style for my reception, like the first one it is too loose, but couldn't easily be tailored to fit, so I returned it. Was super worried since I read about some horror stories of people not getting refunds, but I have to say the process was very easy and fair. As long as you read their return policy and know what can be returned, and about the restocking fee, it's pretty reasonable. I was asked to send photos, and it took a few days to be granted the return (due to the one day lag time with each message), but once I shipped the item it was only a few days before they received it, and they gave me the refund a day or so afterwards. If you're worried about returns, I wouldn't be (based on my experience at least). Overall - happy I purchased my ceremony dress from JJs House, the quality is great for the price, and given the style of this dress (only tight at the top), it will be easy to tailor to my size. I wish that the sizing had been more accurate, since I probably would have kept the second dress if it were in the correct size, but with returns for standard sizes this didn't end up being an issue, and I didn't have to spend much time or money on the return. Would highly recommend buying a wedding dress from here if you choose a safe style for tailoring, and expect that even ordering the correct size you will need to tailor - you really can't beat the price for the level of quality.
