DO NOT ORDER FROM PRETTY TINA. I placed an order on February 7 and did not receive the order until over one month. Processing and shipping on website says 7-12 days, after 14 days it says my order was not processed yet. I reached out to customer service, they were not helpful and did not provide and ETA on when it will be shipped after I asked. Another week goes by, no new updates, reached out to customer service asking if they are a legit company or if I need to file a fraud complaint with my bank, then customer service decided to ship the order a few days later. Product was okay quality, I ordered a small and fit like a large. I will not be returning it because it was a hassle to get my order in the first place and dealing with customer service and I have a feeling I would not get my money back either way. Will never be purchasing from this website again
