Difficult to make changes even with premium fare
Easy to book tickets. HOWEVER we tried to change the departure time for our first class tickets we were not allowed to do that. At the time of booking we were advised that no changes could be made within 12 hours of departure however our request was well before that. Got no response from the customer service contact we attempted.
