Our puppy chewed up the bow in our archery set, I messaged customer service and asked if we could get some replacement pieces. They helped us figure out exactly what we needed. The process was so easy, they were extremely helpful and kind. They said replacement pieces are on the way. The archery set has been my kids absolute favorite.
