I reported this company to Social…
I reported this company to Social security Fraud line today after many warnings to them. They kept lying giving me bad legal advice. They kept trying to say I had to apply for SSI (simultaneously) if I wanted SSDI. I confirmed this was bad legal advice by speaking to multiple other disability lawyers. It IS possible to apply for ONLY the SSDI without attaching SSI. They made a huge hassle to not withdraw their fee when I had them removed from my case. Finally after getting SSA involved they appear to have withdrawn completely
