Beautiful dresses awful costumer service
The dresses they have are beautiful and the quality is better than I expected, but the costumer service is terrible and if I want to send something back it’s horrible. I received a dress with a faulty zip and they offer me a discount of 40%. I don‘t see a reason why I should pay for a faulty dress. And any question gets a reply the next day. It‘s a shame that the whole customer service is so bad cus the dresses are really pretty Update: after my review the team contacted me and gave me a full refund. I wished that it would have worked without me writing a bad review but I‘m glad that they did react to it at least
