Worst shop for electronic
I use to live in Hong Kong and I try buying from this company once, fair services, this time I bought 2 of the Lenovo y700 tablet for both of my kids. Waiting for a month without any update, fine for me, but when the time I received and open it, only one tablet is inside the box, I wonder it maybe send separately and I contact customer services, they reply me as follow, Hi Thank you for shopping with Etoren. As per checked on your order ETOR21302293, both Lenovo Legion Y700 Gaming Tablet 8.8 inch Wifi TB-9707F 256GB Titanium Color (12GB RAM) are packed together in the same parcel. We also review and playback our CCTV footage and checked that our logistics team packed both tablets into one parcel. First, I paid for the product and finally didn’t receive it all, I would like to have someone helping me but the only thing they said to me is, they pack both tablet in and pass it to the courier, it nothing about their side anymore. Ask me to contact DPD by myself, so I ask for the evident they mention so I can pass to DPD for telling them about the case. They reply to me afterward with the below email. On our end, we have evidence that we packed both sets into 1 parcel before sending out to you. It is impossible that it is our mistake. Kindly contact DPD for them to launch the investigation. For everyone information, I always buy things with shipping insurance as well, but this company are not even willing to help at all. Put all the responsible to me and attitude is really bad. I really feel so disappointed to this company. And now I am just waiting their reply.
