I waited for over 5 hours for a vet to get in touch with me!!! And decided to cancel because who the FUZZY knows how long it would’ve taken them to call me!! Terrible concern for my pet!! I will never trust them again to care for any of my fur babies!! And I have to go through Apple Pay to even get my refund. What a joke!!!
