My company "Choffor Limited" is in business with Rapyd since May 2022 and my advise to all Merchants to keep their invoices, clients correspondence and suppliers details record up to date. I was asked all these documents in the last week of February 2023 by Rapyd and all what I provided was in compliance with the regulation. It is a two way street we can not just expect Rapyd to do it's job we don't do our's. My Business support Manager Emie was excellent so was the support team. I did have delays Support team coming back to me with solutions but it did get sorted with the positive outcome in the end. Rapyd is a good company and has great products to offer. kindest regards to all.
