Worst company I've dealt with in a long time. I had a $40 coupon included in the shopping cart, and the total had been adjusted accordingly. When I completed the order, the confirmation email showed I was charged the full price. It took FOREVER to get someone to fix that, and they had to charge me again and send another one. Turns out the product was awful and had to send both back - and they charged me $10 each item to do so!!
