Will not buy again
EDIT (April 2023): Updating to 2 stars. Their tickets are actually more expensive than buying directly from the carrier. Their schedules are inaccurate as we discovered on the day of our train that a lot more trains were available than just the one per day previously shown. They were a bit flexible in providing us with a 50% refund, but only after a big email exchange and they still sustained that it was not their fault when it was their website that displayed incorrect information. Will not use it again. It was really easy to book the trips! I really enjoyed being able to select my seating preferences, and the whole process was straightforward. I got the tickets around 30 minutes after confirmation!
