I had to migrate all information from Neat (which was a brilliant platform for my business needs) to Rapyd which is a UI nightmare. Unable to download individual transactions in pdf (which I require for bookkeeping purposes), and to do a migration a week before the end of financial year is completely baffling and now charging 99USD a month… Will be taking money out and pursuing another banking provider. Extremely poor form Rapyd. Why change a platform that worked?!
