Reported to their Singapore regulators, MAS
Since migration from the wonderful NEAT commerce account we have been unable to receive payments. We arrange a test payment of $50 but it never arrived after 1 month and the sending bank have now cancelled the transaction and claimed the $50 for admin costs. We cannot raise any outstanding invoices until this is resolved.
I have reported the company to their regulators, MAS, in Singapore. I suggest anyone else having problems should do the same. It is a relatively simple process.

NEAT migration to RAPYD, a disaster!
Also part of the mass migration from NEAT to RAPYD. What a disaster! I was very happy with NEAT but now in a situation where my money is locked in to RAPYD, I have no access to it. Card not working and cannot make or receive payments out. Have raised several tickets with them but zero response. Unless you are a programmer or software engineer you will struggle to understand their system.
I have raised a case with MAS, their regulator in Singapore. (Monetary Authority of Singapore) I spoke to MAS first and they confirmed they were the regulators and suggested I submit a report via their website.
Part 2
Thank you for your response Rapyd; it’s a shame it has taken a review on this site to get your attention. I didn’t put our company name in the review but I will follow up now via email.
