Worst assistant to handle your purchases in China. I topped up my account using Alipay and started to purchase on their platform to try their service. However after taking my time to choose and purchase they told me that they don't offer domestic shipping anymore. Moreover I applied for a refund several time to get back my money on alipay but they never refunded it as I wished. I had to chase them several time to finally receive my refund on paypal. Very complicated and didn't like my experience with CSSbuy at all.
