The registration form would not accept my valid ID card number in the registration process. Customer support in chat doesn't answer. Over email it took several days and when I finally got an answer I could not even read it, as the answer was posted in some message center that I was unable to access: upon login I was just sent back to the open application without options to do anything else but fill the application.
