They actually refunded.
Ordered two hats but became suspicious when the confirmation e-mails had neither an order number nor a description of what I had ordered. Then went to Trustpilot and saw the 98-percent one-star ratings here. Immediately e-mailed Tiendahat, cancelling my order and requesting a refund. Was quite surprised when refunds appeared on PayPal the next morning. Tiendahat also sent me an e-mail confirming the cancellation and the refund--and then asking me to look at their fine line of products and consider a purchase.
